When you arrive, the gate will automatically open. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "RESERVED"

A Metropolis account is needed to gain access back to your vehicle. Upon return to your vehicle, approach the pedestrian door and scan the QR code on the posted signage, or manually retrieve your active session via the web or iOS application. Using the View Doors option, you can select the appropriate door for your entry/exit using the Location Name and Door Description.

At exit, the gate will automatically open as long as your license plate matches your Parking Pass.
