Pressler Apartments Garage

This is a minimum 2-month parking agreement. Access is limited between 6am - 8pm on Monday to Friday. Parking is limited to Rooftop Level only. This is for UNRESERVED parking.

Please note that there is an additional $135.31 security deposit required, which is used as your last month of parking if your account is in good standing. There is also a one-time refundable fee of $50 for the device used to access the facility. Your purchase on ParkWhiz/BestParking covers the fee for your first month of parking and all other charges will be collected through the WhereiPark portal.

Allow up to 3 days after purchasing before you park. You will receive instructions to register your monthly parking with WhereiPark via email, where you will agree to terms of use, place a credit card on file and complete the approval process. This step needs to be completed BEFORE you are approved to start parking, so please plan accordingly.
