This thin parking lot is between a five-story red brick building with a stone block first floor on one side, and on the other side is an all-red brick five-story building, housing the Eleven City Diner on the first floor. To the west of the lot is a section of El tracks, running north-south. Look for a blue parking attendant booth next to the entrance, along with a white sign on a pole; the sign has a large blue 'P' along with the words "Park - Operated by Peoples Auto Parking" in blue.
