Shuttle Service:

Operating Hours: The shuttle runs daily in two distinct periods:

Morning: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM (noon) Evening: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (midnight)

Schedule: The shuttle departs the hotel promptly on the hour (hourly service).

Important: This is a scheduled service and does not operate on demand.

Customers must call the hotel at least 24 hours in advance in order to confirm a spot on the shuttle.

Redemption Instructions

Arrival

Upon arrival, proceed to the hotel's front entrance, under the porte-cochère. Check in at the front desk and provide your confirmation email.

You will sign a form, receive a parking pass (to be displayed on your dashboard), and sign up for the next available shuttle.

Front desk staff will guide you to the designated long-term parking area.

Please Note: Ensure you allow adequate time for the check-in process and boarding the shuttle. Seating is first-come, first-served for those who did not pre-book their spot 24 hours in advance, and a seat on the very next shuttle is not guaranteed.

Return to Hotel (Airport Pickup)

After collecting your luggage at the airport, go to the ground level and proceed to Door 8, the official pickup area for hotel courtesy shuttles.

Once at Door 8, call the hotel at 412-262-2400 to inform us that you are waiting for the shuttle.

Ensure you board the Shuttle labeled “Sheraton Pittsburgh Airport”

After the shuttle returns you to the hotel, you are free to depart at your convenience once you reach your vehicle.
