• When you arrive, the gate will automatically open as long as your license plate matches your Parking Pass. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "RESERVED"

• At exit, the gate will automatically open as long as your license plate matches your Parking Pass.

• Scan QR at Pedestrian door on Lamar St., and register with Metropolis to gain access back into the Parking Facility. You will have to enter your license plate and credit card to open the door, and your Parkwhiz reservation will allow you to exit the parking garage without an additional charge.

• Customers are validated strictly during the start and end times of their reservation.
• A reservation time cannot be changed within the parking session.
• Additional garage posted rates will apply at exit if entry occurred before the booking start, or if exit is after the booking end.
• The license plate in the booking must match the vehicle parked, or posted garage rates will apply.
