Shuttle Drop-off instructions - Parking patrons will need to come into the hotel lobby once they have parked and inform the desk agent by showing their reservation on the app and the desk agent will inform the driver.
Shuttle Pick-up instructions - Customer needs to follow the following steps:
Parking Patron must have ALL luggage before contacting the hotel.
Hotel shuttles are ONLY ALLOWED TO picks up at Door # 1 or Door # 15 (LOWER LEVEL ARRIVALS ONLY) MIDDLE CURB.
The guest will contact the hotel at 410-684-6100 and let the desk agent know what door they are standing at; (shuttle will then be dispatched).
