Choose any start date. You may park your vehicle 24/7, however, drop-off and pick up must be within the following hours: Mon-Fri 7:00am-11:00pm

IMPORTANT:

(1) This promotional rate is only available to new customers of ParkIt Management Garages and its affiliates.

(2) This is the Sedan rate. If your vehicle is deemed by the operator to belong to a different category (i.e., oversized or luxury/exotic), your vehicle may not be accommodated or your monthly rate may be adjusted (you will pay for the difference on-site). For exotic or luxury vehicles please call (212) 929-9404.

(3) All EV vehicles are considered specialty vehicles and space is subject to availability. If able to be accommodated, your monthly rate will be adjusted to a higher rate (you will pay for the difference on-site) and additional charges (which include but are not limited to the charging station charges) will apply.

(4) Your Monthly Space Rental will automatically renew with the Garage unless cancelled in writing at the at least 7 days prior to the start of your billing cycle. If you do not cancel, the credit card you leave on file with the Garage will be charged the rate shown above for your 2nd month's parking rent. If your start date is after the 7th of the month, you will be charged a prorated amount for your 2nd month in order to bring your account to a calendar month billing cycle.
