Please note that:

(1) This rate is the sedan rate, not valid for full-size SUVs, minivans, or exotic luxury vehicles.

(2) This monthly parking purchase requires at least a three-month commitment.

(3) This promotional rate is only available to new customers. Subsequent months, if needed, must be purchased directly from the facility.

(4) There is a $75 deposit for your transponder.

(5) A printout of your monthly confirmation email is required on your first arrival, so please plan your start date accordingly.
