Non-Reserved Parking: Unless the contract parker is assigned a reserved space, parking in the facility is provided on a “first come, first serve” basis and there is no guarantee of the availability of a particular parking space.

No Bailment / Contents / Assumption of Risk: The contract parking agreement relates only to the sale of parking privileges and does not create a bailment contract in favor of the contract parker.

Towing and Enforcement: Vehicles in violation of these rules and regulations may be towed or booted at the owner’s expense. Management reserves the right to enforce parking regulations.
