This is 24/7 unlimited in/out monthly parking at the Icon Student Apartments Garage. New customers only.

It is recommended that you purchase at least three business days before your start date, to allow sufficient time for the garage office to process your monthly sign up. Once your purchase is processed, you will be required to coordinate the access card pick-up with the manager. You will also be asked to set up automatic renewal with the garage for subsequent months, and there is an additional $20 non-refundable setup fee (to be paid on your first invoice). The garage will automatically renew your monthly parking unless given a 30 day cancellation notice.
